My entry at The Big Show is titled, Grassy Beaut, Acrylic on canvas, 30″x40″. I saw this bison at Theodore Roosevelt Park, between Medora and Grassy Butte, North Dakota. He was sunning himself  on an elevated rock structure.

August 2016: Update on Grassy Beaut: at the Bismarck solo art exhibit, this painting was purchased for the new Sanford Clinic in Minot.  Best wishes to the Sanford staff as they open their new clinic with our national mammal honored in their waiting room!

Perfect Gift for any Bison Fan!

Congratulations to the NDSU Bison Football Team which recently won its 4th National Championship in Frisco, Texas! It was the most exciting football game I have ever watched! On this high note,  I am happy to announce that my Five- pack Bison card sets are now available for purchase in two downtown art galleries:  Gallery 4 Gift Shop at 114 North Broadway in beautiful downtown Fargo and  the Red Door Art Gallery in beautiful downtown Wahpeton, North Dakota, ( my hometown). These colorful card sets are sealed in clear plastic wrappers for $22.00. This is the perfect gift for friends and family, especially those who are fans of the Thundering Herd.
